My Story

Many greetings and blessings to you! Before introducing myself, I want you to know that I am glad to write this letter to you. I am Kimberly Sarai Chan Salazar. Fortunately, I am in good health. I am 12 years old. I am in sixth grade and have classes in the morning. My favorite pastimes are listening to music and visiting the park on weekends. My favorite food is black beans and cream. Let me tell you that my mom works hard to support our family economically. She makes a living as a maid in a hotel. Fortunately, she is in good health. She accepted Jesus as her Savior when she was 10. However, none of us attend church at the moment. Thankfully, the LW staff shared the gospel with us as an encouragement to do it soon. So, please pray for us.

I want to tell you that being part of LW-Adopt a Child has been a great blessing for me. The staff provided us with grocery bags during the pandemic. Besides that, I can receive a Christmas gift at the end of the year. What excites me the most is being hugged by the staff and missionaries. Thank you so much for reading my letter! I hope to hear from you soon.
