My Story

This is Glendy Roxana Mendez Garcia, and I am writing this to update my 2023 information. First, I will tell you about my family. We are members of Jesus the Good Samaritan Methodist Church, and we attend the service on Monday. LW Evangelism team shared the gospel with us, and we are grateful for their words. We have hens, pigs, dogs and cats, and we sell them. We grow corn for selling too. We are a humble family, and our needs are groceries like corn. My father’s name is Oswaldo, and he is 39 years old. He works as a farmer and day laborer to cover our needs. My mother’s name is Cecilia, and she is 39 years old. She works hard at home and sells vegetables in the local plaza on weekends. I want to ask you to pray for my father since he is suffering from gastritis; he already visited a doctor and is under a medical treatment to control it.

Now let me tell you a little about myself. I am 8 years old, and I am healthy. I am in 2^nd grade, and I am happy to receive face-to-face classes because I learn more. It has been difficult for my parents to cover my school expenses because everything is expensive. I want to become a farmer when I am older. My favorite season is winter because I like playing in the mud. I enjoy eating cake for my birthday. I prefer cycling as a sport, and I love drinking oatmeal water. I would like to learn English language. Living Water is very important in my life because I have been blessed in different ways. I hope to hear from you soon.
