My Story

This is Lesbia Yomara Tino Morente, and I am writing this to update my 2023 information. First, I will tell you about my family. We are still members of Prince of Peace Church, and we attend the service once a week. We are assured in our Salvation. We grow corn, and it is for our consumption. We are a humble family, and our greatest needs are groceries like corn. My father’s name is Carlos. He is 25 years old, and he is in good health. He works as a mason helper to support us. My mother’s name is Estela. She is 29 years old, and she is in good health too. She works hard at home and takes care of us.

Now let me tell you a little about myself. I am 10 years old, and I am healthy. I am in 3^rd grade, and I am happy to receive face-to-face classes because I learn more. It has been difficult for my parents to cover my school expenses. I want to get a good job when I am older, and I would like to learn English language. My favorite celebration is Christmas because we eat the traditional “tamales”. It would be incredible to have a birthday party someday. I prefer soccer as a sport, and I love drinking milk. Living Water is very important in my life, and I am grateful for the delicious food received. I hope to hear from you soon.
