My Story

In this wonderful day, I am sending you every kind of blessing! My full name is Fares Adonias de la Cruz Yat, and for me, Jesus is in heaven and he is my God. I feel so blessed because along with my family, we are persevering in the Methodist Christian Church and we enjoy the thanksgiving service for our first crops.

I want you to know that I was so sick last year and I thought that I could pass away, but God watched over my life and was with me all the time. He healed me and it has been a difficult experience for me, but also a time of reflection in my life. Now, I am enjoying good health and I am grateful to God. I want you to know that I am not studying this year due to a lack of money. I only finished primary school the last year, and at the moment, I am helping to shepherd our cows and sheep.

I am a thirteen-year-old teenager and Felipe is my best friend. We spend a lot of time together just talking. We have been friends since we were younger.

My father`s name is Pablo and my mother`s name is Juana. She is a merchant and raises and sells her hens and cows to earn some money and support my father with the home expenses. By the grace of God, she is in good health. My father is working as a day laborer for our neighbors and he also grows corn, but he is suffering from uric acid. He already visited the doctor and is injecting some medicines. I beg for your prayers for his health.  Thank you for taking the time to read my news. Have a nice day!
