My full name is Vilma Maria Elena Chingo Cux. Through this letter, I send you much love from the distance. How are you? I hope you are in good health. Fortunately, I am a healthy 10-year-old girl. I am in fourth grade at school. I have classes in the morning. I like weekends because I can play with my dolls alongside my youngest sisters. Fortunately, my whole family is healthy. My father is a day laborer. He usually travels to the coast from December to May to work. His work consists of cutting sugar cane. My mom weaves traditional clothes and raises hens, cows, and pigs to sell. She does her best to help my father to cover the expenses with her income. We work hard at home by growing corn and beans for our consumption. Please pray that God keeps my whole family and me well and provides us with what we need.
Let me tell you that my family and I are members of the Prince of Peace Church. Fortunately, my parents accepted the Lord as their Savior many years ago. I am grateful to the LW evangelism team for sharing the gospel and encouraging me to seek God even more. Besides blessing me with the Holy Word, this project has provided me with delicious food and medical care. I love having fried chicken for lunch the most at the feeding program. May the Lord bless you for making all these blessings possible in my life! To end this letter, I want you to know that I enjoyed the praise time during the Christmas party at LW last year. See you later!
Sincerely yours,
Vilma Maria Elena Chingo Cux
