Many greetings for you! I am Juana Patricia Morente Pablo, and I am so happy to introduce myself to you through this letter. I hope you are having a lovely day wherever you are. I am 11 years old, and I am in good health. I am in fifth grade at school. I have classes in the morning and then, I do homework. I usually help my mom with the household chores on weekends. I want you to know that I am delighted to be part of Adopt a Child-LW. The cooks prepare delicious food at the feeding program, but my favorite is pulique (traditional Guatemalan food). I would love to help the LW staff and serve children as a volunteer. It would be an engaging experience. Last year, I had fun at the annual Christmas party. I liked the gospel songs.
I want you to know that my parents work hard to support our family economically. My father is a mason, and my mom is a housewife and weaver. Fortunately, they are doing well. Besides working for other people, they work at home by raising hens and pigs. They also grow corn for our consumption. My siblings and I help them by doing whatever is needed. We attend a Charismatic Catholic Church in our village. My parents have been members of our church for many years. They accepted Jesus there. My mom is grateful to a teacher from the evangelism team for encouraging her to seek God even more. She is sure about her salvation. Thank you so much for reading my information!
With much love,
Juana Patricia Morente Pablo
