This is Jenifer Candy Tiu Felipe, and I am so happy to write this letter for you. I am a healthy 13-year-old girl. How about you? I am in fourth grade at school. I have classes from 7:00 to 12:30 pm. I usually do homework on weekends. I also have fun playing with my younger brothers. Thankfully, my brothers and the rest of my family are doing well. My mom works in a tortilleria business in our town to cover our needs and expenses. My stepfather also works hard to help us financially. He makes a living by selling phone appliances at the market. Most of the time, he sells chargers or cases. My biological father is not part of my life because he abandoned our family many years ago. As for pets, let me tell you that we have two playful dogs.
We are members of The Prince of Peace Christian Church. My stepfather has the privilege to serve at church as a deacon. I pray that God takes care of my family and me in every moment of our lives. I would appreciate you joining my prayers. Now, I want to say thank you so much for trusting and supporting LW. This project has blessed me with delicious food. What I love eating the most at the feeding program is pepian (Guatemalan typical casserole). Besides that, I can receive a Christmas gift annually. May the Lord reward you greatly for your good heart! To end this letter, I want you to know that a teacher from the LW evangelism team shared a verse from the bible and advised my mom and me to continue seeking God.
With much love,
Jenifer Candy Tiu Felipe
