My Story

Hello! This is Marian, and I am writing these few lines to tell you a little about my life. I no longer attend school because my parents do not have the resources to support me with it. I finished my primary education last year. I now work as a farmer or day laborer, and I help my parents financially. I am healthy, and I am 14 years old. In my free time, I help with the chores like gathering firewood in the ravines. I like sunny days, and I drink cold juice on those days. I have attended the feeding program for 7 years, and my mom is very grateful for all the blessings I have received there; she prays God blesses the Ministry so that it goes ahead every day. The lunches and medicine have been a great blessing for me.

My family and I are attending Spring of Life Church, and I like hearing and learning about God’s Word. We are secure we will enter God’s Kingdom because we accepted Him in our hearts. My mom helped me with this letter, and she took advantage of this to ask for prayers for the family’s health. Thankfully, my parents are healthy, and they work hard for us. My father works as a farmer and day laborer while my mother raises hens and pigs for selling; she also does the household chores and looks after my siblings and me. I say goodbye to you for now.
