My Story

Dear Sponsor: I hope you are having a great day! I am glad to greet you through this letter. Please receive warm regards from Erlindo Angel Luis. I am growing every day, and thank God, I am in good health. I am 12 years old now. Let me tell you that I am doing well at school and I am in 6th grade. I feel so happy because it is the last one of Primary School and I am doing my best. I am grateful because Living Water has been blessing me with lunch and medicine for eight years and especially because we receive our food at school now. My chore at home is shepherding the sheep. I love the hot season. I like to go with my mother to church meetings.

Thankfully, my family is doing great and everyone is healthy. My father still works in the United States. He is a responsible father and he makes a living by looking after cows. He keeps in touch with us and faithfully sends a monthly support. Meanwhile, we are under the care of my mother, who is a housewife. She helps my father to improve our income by raising and selling hens. She also has two pigs. We share our home with a maternal aunt. We are members of the Catholic Church, and we attend a charismatic group. My mother is grateful for the different blessings that we receive through the feeding program and for thinking about the children's well-being. I am praying for you, so that when you receive my letter, you will be well. Until next time!
