My Story

Hello! how are you? I send you all the best in the name of Jesus. This is Josselyn Elizabeth Riz Chic. Jesus is my savior and he is in heaven. I am happy because along with my family, I attend the Church of Christ and we participate in the special service to celebrate the anniversary. My grandmother Isabela Cux was encouraged by LW team to continue seeking God and she is assured of her salvation. She helped to collect this information. She takes care of me while my mother is working. My grandmother is 50 years old and she earns a living by weaving and selling typical clothing. In addition, she raises hens so she can sell them when she is in need of money. My mother`s name is Maria Chic and currently she is the only one that supports us financially because my father is not contributing to our home expenses. He lives in the United States, but we do not know anything about him.

He is not in communication with us anymore. My mother earns a living by selling fruits in Joyabaj village and she travels every day. By the grace of God, my whole family and I are doing fine. Thankfully, I am studying the second grade and I enjoy attending the school every day. I know that only God takes care of me when I go to study. I am a nine-year-old girl. My best friend`s name is Valvina and we like to talk a lot when we are together. We have been friends for one year. Thank you for your attention. Have a nice day!
