My Story

It is a wonderful day to say hello to you dear sponsor! It is a great blessing for me to be part of the Living Water program and receive your support. My name is Silvia Melissa Ruiz Morente. My current age is 12 years old. We attend a Christian Church and we like to participate in the vigils. It was so kind of an evangelism teacher to encourage us to continue seeking God and trusting in Him. My mom is a housewife. My dad works in a hardware store and he delivers construction material. Thankfully, he provides for our home expenses. I want to ask for your prayers for my mom´s health; she suffers from arthritis and it is affecting her hands. She has already visited a doctor and is taking medicines. The rest of us are in good health, thanks to the Lord.

I am a fourth-grade student. My sister Kimberly is also my friend. We are so close and like to talk about our day. She is so loving and supports me a lot. Jesus is my unconditional friend and loves me endlessly. Allow me to tell you that I feel so sad to see my mom suffering with arthritis; she has a lot of pain and it limits her normal activities. I trust in God that the medicines she is taking work on her body. I would like you to know that my brother-in-law, Jacobo, shared this information with an evangelism teacher to update you about me. Well, for the time being that is all. I appreciate the support I receive from you through the program. I hope our almighty God blesses you and supplies all your needs!
