Hello! I am happy to be part of the Feeding Center since my mother enrolled me six years ago. My mother also was a registered child in this Project and she told me that she remembers the support for needy children like her. My father is grateful for every blessing for me and I like to attend the Bible classes because we pray to God.
My name is Silvia Melissa Ruiz Morente. I prefer cold weather. I am in 5th grade at school and I am thirteen years old. I help my sister Kimberly with chores at home because my mother is not able to do it. I want to tell you that my mother continues suffering from diabetes and high blood pressure. Thankfully, she continues receiving medical treatment, but I would like to ask for your prayers for her.
My father is doing fine, and nowadays, he is working as a farmer and day laborer to sustain us financially.
As a family, we belong to the Christian Church called “Israel`s House” and we like to have a visit from the leaders. We are assured to go to heaven someday because we have Jesus in our hearts. My father was encouraged to continue walking in God’s paths by a LW teacher who also prayed for my family during the visit. Well, thank you for blessing my life!
Huge hugs,
Silvia Melissa Ruiz Morente
