My Story

Hello, my name is Gladys, and I am so glad to share with you some updated information about my family and me. I hope you and your loved ones are keeping well, and that you are receiving God’s blessings in everything you do. Fortunately, I am in good health. I am a 5^th grader this year, I am 11 years old, and my birthday is on July 20^th. I have a good friend, and her name is Estefany. We have been friends for about nine years, and we like to do our homework together. Passing my grades has been the experiences that have impacted my life because this is the way I can feel God’s presence in my life because He is the one that gives me wisdom and helps me to do it. I love Jesus because he is my savior, and I can trust in Him in the good and hard moments. We are a Christian family, and we are members of Prince of Peace Church; one of the activities I like to attend the most is our thanksgiving service for the harvest.

 Now, I want you to know about my parents; my father is in the United States, and despite this, he does not have a stable job. He earns a living as a day laborer. He keeps in touch with us and helps us economically. My father is diabetic and is under medical treatment, and he must be attentive to her glucose levels. My mother improves our income by selling fruits at the plaza; sadly, my mother is having problems with her nerves, but she is already taking medicine. Today, I want to ask for your prayers for my parents, so God will put his healing hand over them and they can be better. I can tell you that I admire my mother because she always struggles for our family. Besides that, she gave all this information to the Evangelism team.
