My Story

Hello! This is Moises Alexander Chan Mateo, and I am writing this to update my 2023 information. First, I will tell you about my spiritual life. I attend Ebenezer Church with my paternal grandmother and siblings on Monday, Friday and Sunday. We are a humble family, and our greatest needs are groceries, shoes and clothes. I want to open my heart to you and tell you something about my parents. Their names are Yovany and Ana, and they have been separated for eight years. My father established a new relationship, and he has been living with that woman since that time. My mother does not talk about it because she feels ashamed of this situation. My siblings and I share time with both. We stay one week with our mother and one week with our father and his other family. My father works as a merchant while my mother works as a house painter; they both cover our needs.

Living Water has been a great support for me because I have been blessed materially and spiritually. I have one dog as a pet. I am 11 years old, and I am healthy. I am in 3^rd grade, and I am happy to receive face-to-face classes because it is easier to understand the lessons. It has been difficult for my parents to cover my school expenses due to their economic situation. I want to become a lawyer when I am older. My favorite celebration is Christmas because I light fireworks and share time with my friends. I usually eat cake with my family when it is my birthday. I like playing soccer, and I love drinking sodas like Coca-Cola. I would like to learn English language. I say goodbye to you for now wishing you the best.
