My Story

Hello, I am very grateful for this opportunity to share news about me and I hope our Lord is taking care of you! My name is Joel Isaias Garay Gutierrez. I am a 15-year-old boy. I attend 8^th grade and I study on Saturdays. I do homework during the week and help with some errands. I like to rest in my free time. The food I love the most is fried chicken. This time I have sad news about my family; unfortunately, my mother passed away on May 5^th of this year due to cardiac arrest. We miss her a lot and it is hard to accept that she is gone. For now, my older brother and I are living in my grandpa´s house; however; my brother is the one who supports me. He works in a lithography and covers our expenses.

It is so excited for me to receive a Christmas gift in the program every year. I thank God for blessing me through Living Water; it is a great help for me. I like the job that the LW team does, and I would like to join them one day and serve. We attend House of Prayer Church; I accepted Jesus into my heart. We appreciate so much that an evangelism teacher prayed for us and encouraged us to continue trusting in God; we are very thankful for the kind words. I would appreciate it if you could keep my family in your prayers for our provision. This time my older brother provided this information to the evangelism staff to share news with you about me.
