My Story

I greet you in the name of our Lord Jesus and I hope you are doing fine alongside your loved ones. In this opportunity, I want to tell you a little about my family and me through this letter. My mother´s name is Leisi Paola Veliz Chicay. She is 32 years old.  At the moment, she continues doing chores at home and taking care of us. My father´s name is Sergio Guadalupe Torres Rojas.  He is 35 years old. Currently, he continues working as a moto-taxi driver in order to support the family with home expenses. I want to let you know that we are attending the Holy FIre Church every Sunday. Thank you to the LW evangelism team who shared the gospel with my mother and for their encouraging words during the visit. We are very grateful to Living Water because we have been blessed with meals, medical and dental, and spiritual support. I want to tell you that thank God, my family and I are in good health.

I am Sergio Leonel Torres Veliz, and I am 14 years old. This year I am in 7^th grade at school. I receive face-to-face classes every day. I am learning a lot with this study method. At the moment, my father is making an effort to support my brother and me at school in spite of the school fees being so expensive. Sometimes, it is difficult to cover every school expense. I speak Spanish where I live, so I would like to learn English; I think this is a very interesting language. In the future, I want to become a computer teacher. My favorite season is summer because I like to go out with my family. My favorite beverage is strawberry juice. What I like for my birthday is to eat a delicious cake and share it with my family. Among sports, I prefer swimming. I want to tell you that I have 3 cats at home. Thank you for the Christmas gift that I received at the end of the year through LW, and I hope you like to read my letter. May God bless you greatly and protect you everywhere you are!
