My Story

Hello! this is Jimena Ruiz Garcia and I am greeting you in the name of Jesus. I have good news about my mother. She was an affiliated child in the Feeding Program and she remembers the discipleship group and the different games they did. It was a fun time for her, and due to her experience, she enrolled me ten years ago. She is grateful for the meals for free that I receive. I love to listen to the word of God in the Bible classes. My mother gave all this information to the LW teacher and he prayed for my family.

I love the hot weather because I am able to go to the river for a dip. I am fourteen years old and I help my mother by doing the cleaning at home. Thankfully, I am in good health and my mother and whole family are too. My mother is the only one that provides for our needs. She weaves typical belts and blankets to sell. I live with her and my maternal grandmother also lives in the house.

About our spiritual life: we attend the Full Gospel Christian Church and we like to sing and pray in our church. My mother was encouraged to continue seeking God and we are assured of our salvation in Jesus because he lives in our hearts. We will be in Heaven someday because we are saved.
