My Story

Hello beloved sponsor! I thank God for allowing me to be part of the feeding program from Living Water; I am so blessed. This is Marta Lidia Mendez Ruiz. I turned 13 years old last May. My family and I attend the Assembly of God Church; we like to participate in the services. It was so kind of the evangelism teacher to encourage me to continue trusting in God. My mom usually stays busy with the housework. My dad works as a day laborer and grows corn; he is the one who supplies our home's needs. I am so happy because my family and I are in good health.

I am so grateful to God for his blessings and for the opportunity to attend school; He has given me the knowledge, and I hope to continue studying for many more years. I am a sixth-grade student. I have a friend named Juanita and we have been friends since childhood; we like to chat. I want to tell you that my family tells me that my eyes are very similar to my mom´s. Jesus is our savior and healer. I would like you to know that I personally shared this information with an evangelism teacher to update you about me. Well, I leave you for now, but I send huge hugs. I pray the Lord blesses you in everything you do!
