My Story

Hello! It is a pleasure to greet you cordially through this letter and wish you a blessed and brilliant day. I want to share with you a little about my family and me. I am Stheven Fernando Valenzuela Ical and I am 16 years old. At the moment, we are not attending any church. As you know, I live only with my mother because my father abandoned the family some years ago. My father´s name is Herber Josue Valenzuela. Fortunately, he is contributing financially to our home expenses. He works as a battery distributor. My stepfather is also separated from my mother, and we do not know anything about him. My mother´s name is Jessica Beatriz Ical.  She is 38 years old.  This year she continues working as a teacher. I want to tell you that we have 1 dog and 1 cat at home as our pets. As a humble family, our priority needs are school fees. I ask for your prayers for me because I suffer from my sight. Unfortunately, I have not visited the ophthalmologist due to a lack of money and I need glasses, but I know God will provide for me soon. Thank God the rest of my family is in good health.

This year I am in the 10th grade at school of my professional career to become an accountant. I am receiving face-to-face classes every day and I learn a lot better with this study method. At the moment, school fees are expensive, but my mother is making an effort to support my siblings and me with school expenses. In the future, I want to become an auditor and a teacher.  I speak Spanish where I live, but I would like to learn English and Korean which are interesting languages. My favorite time of the year is when I am on vacation from school because I like to watch TV and sleep. I enjoy drinking iced tea. What I like to do for my birthday is to go out to watch a movie when my mother has a little extra money.  I like to ride a bike in my spare time, and I play chess. My family and I are so grateful to Living Water because we have been blessed with meals, medical and dental, and spiritual support. I want to say thank you for the Christmas gift that I receive every December. May God bless you richly!

Warm regards,

Stheven Fernando Valenzuela Ical
