My Story

It is a beautiful day to greet you in the name of Jesus hoping you are fine! This time LW staff shared the gospel with us and encouraged us to seek God and look for a church to go to. We appreciate so much that they are worried about our spiritual life. I want to ask for your prayers for my mother who suffers from gastritis and irritated colon. Fortunately, she is taking medicine. About me, I frequently suffer from ear pain, and I need some medicine to feel better. My mother is Greeisy Adriana Reyes, and she is 44 years old. She makes a living by selling products by catalog, and in this way, she covers our family´s needs. We have a cat as a pet. My father was Armando Enrique Lopez, but sadly, he has already passed away.

This is Amanda Rubi Reyes, and I am a 12-year-old girl. I am a sixth-grade student; my learning has improved because I receive classes at school. My mother is struggling to support my brother and me at school because she does not earn very much. When I grow up, I would like to be an accountant. I would like to learn English; I think it is a very interesting language. The season I prefer is summer because I have days off and I enjoy playing in the water with my brother. I like playing football in my free time; it is the sport I like the most. About drinks, my favorites are Coca-Cola and watermelon juice. To celebrate my birthday, my mother invites me to go out somewhere if she has resources or prepares a snack for me at home. I am so grateful to Living Water for providing me with food, medical attention in the clinics, and bible teaching; it is a big blessing for me and my family. The greatest needs are groceries and a bed. I am sending much love and I hope to receive news from you soon. Many and rich blessings to you!

Hugs with much love,

Amanda Rubi Reyes
