My Story

Hello! How are you doing? I hope this letter finds you well. I am Marllori Rachel Ruano Ochoa.  I turned 11 years old this year. When my father has enough money, he buys a cake and “piñata” to celebrate this special day. This 2023, I was in 5th grade at school. I prefer to receive classes face-to-face because my learning is better. It was not easy for my parents because everything is very expensive. When I grow up, I would like to be a veterinarian; I love animals, so at home I have a dog. It would be a good experience to learn another language like English that is not my native tongue. The end of the year is my favorite time of the year because I have vacations and I can rest. I have two sports that I like the most and these are karate and basketball. I loved drinking coca cola. I am in good health.

By the grace of God my family is well. They are the most important thing to me. As you know my parents are separated, so I like to live with both. One week I live with my mother and another with my father. My father is Marlon Alberto Ruano Monterroso, and he works as a messenger; he is 38 years old. My mother is Rosa Veronica Ochoa Veliz, and she is 38 years old; she also makes an effort to contribute to our expenses by cleaning an office. My mother established a new relationship with a man called Julio Lopez; he is 40 years old. We are members of a Christian church, and we meet on Sunday. Our greatest needs right now are groceries and shoes. We are grateful to Living Water because everything we have been received has been a blessing for us. Take care of yourself.  May God bless you!

With much love!

Marllori Rachel Ruano Ochoa
