My Story

My full name is Juan Gutierrez Gonzalez, and I am so happy to tell you a little about my life through this letter. I am 11 years old and I want you to know that I am doing my best at school. I am in fifth grade. Helping my family with the fruit of my job is my long-term goal, so please pray for me so I can accomplish it. I love and admire my mother because she works hard by doing different jobs like selling chickens and weaving to afford food and everything we need at home. She prays for me so I have a lot of success at school. We still live with my grandparents.

Jesus is my friend, who has protected my whole family and me. As proof of his mercy, we are all healthy. We are members of the Catholic Church, and our favorite activities are the processions. To end this letter, let me tell you that my best friend’s name is Jesica Gonzalez. We became friends about five years ago. We have a lot of fun playing soccer and watching TV when we meet. I send you my best wishes, looking forward to hearing from you soon.
