My Story

This is Ruth Noemi Garcia Chingo, and I am writing this to update my 2023 information. First, I will tell you about my family. We are still members of Lamb of God Prince of Peace Church, and we attend services on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. We are assured of our Salvation. We only have a mango tree at home. We are a humble family, and our greatest needs are groceries and corn. My father’s name is Santos. He is 46 years old, and he is in good health. He works as a farmer and day laborer to support the family. My mother’s name is Teresa, and she is 46 years old. She works hard at home and takes care of us; she also goes out to pray for sick people. I want to ask you to pray for her because she is having some health issues and is taking medicine for that.

Now let me tell you a little about myself. I am 10 years old, and I am healthy. I am in fourth grade, and I am happy to receive face-to-face classes because it is easier to learn. Sometimes, it has been difficult for my parents to cover my school expenses because they do not earn much money. I want to become a teacher when I am older. My favorite celebration is Christmas because we share it with my family and decorate the house. We do not have the custom of celebrating my birthday, but I would like to do it some day and share a delicious snack with my family. I prefer soccer as a sport, and I love drinking strawberry shake. It would be incredible to learn English someday. Living Water is very important in my life, and I have been blessed in a great way. I hope to hear from you soon.

All the best
