My Story

I greet you with much love, and I hope you are doing well wherever you are. My name is Gerber Stiven, and this is my history. I am a healthy girl, and I am 13 years old. I am attending school, and I am in 6th grade this year. I have been attending the feeding program for 8 years, and I love the Bible classes because I meet my friends and cousins there. I help with some chores at home like washing the dishes and cleaning the bathroom. I tell you that I prefer cold weather because I feel quieter and cooler. I attend Ebenezer Church with my family, and I am motivated to attend it because I can feel God’s presence there; I would like to serve Him in the dance area.

My mother was registered at the feeding program when she was younger, and she says that she liked the delicious dishes and good environment; she also enjoyed the prayer time. My mom earns a living by doing the laundry of others or selling hygienic products; it is not enough for our needs but God has always helped us to go ahead. My oldest sister works and helps a little with the income. As you know, my father has another family, so he does not live with us; currently, he is helping us financially. I would like to ask for your prayers for my parents because they suffer from diabetes and are under a medical treatment at the health center.

This year, a LW Evangelism team came to collect this information for this letter, and my mother helped me with it. The teacher took the time to share the gospel with us, and thanks to his words, we are now sure that we are God’s children and He will let us enter into His Kingdom. I thank you for taking the time to read my information. I wish the best for you!

Sincerely yours

Gerber Stiven Choc Arrazola
