My Story

Special regards from Duenas! I hope this letter finds you prospered and blessed. In this opportunity, I will tell you a little about my life, hoping you enjoy reading this information. My full name is Erick Javier Zelada Apen and I am 15 years old. I am in ninth grade and I am in good health, by the grace of the Lord. I have attended the feeding program for about nine years. My mother is grateful for all the support and spiritual guidance that LW-Adopt A Child has provided me. I take advantage of this to encourage you to continue supporting the social work of this organization.

I want you to know that my mother is a single parent and does her best to afford food and other needs for our family. She is in good health and makes a living as a domestic employee. I usually help her to do the chores because I know she comes home tired. I prefer the cold weather rather than hot. Could you please pray for us? My family and I do not attend any church at the moment. Therefore, brother Franklin (a member of the LW staff) recently shared the gospel with my mother and prayed for my whole family and me as encouragement to look for God, which I appreciate so much. To end this letter, I want you to know that my mother was pleased to help me compose this letter for you. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
