My Story

Hello! I am pleased to share my latest news with you through this letter. In advance, thank you so much for reading my information. I am Emersson Jordany Garcia Tino and I am 14 years old. I am in fourth grade again and what I like the most is praying after receiving Bible lessons at the feeding program. My parents enrolled me there about six years ago because they heard that many children were benefited with food and medicine. Thank you so much for making these blessings possible with your donations! All the effort you and many people make so that LW-Adopt A Child continues moving forward has been worthy. Luckily, I am in good health and I am dedicated to doing homework, but I also help my mother with the household chores. I prefer hot rather than cold weather because I can take cold showers.

The main supporter of my family is my mother, who is a single parent. Sadly, my father abandoned us about six years ago. My mother is doing well and works hard by weaving and embroidering typical clothes. Moreover, she sells chickens that she raises to earn a little extra income. My family and I do not attend any church at the moment, and due to that, brother Hercules (a member of the LW staff) recently shared the gospel with my mother as an encouragement to look for God. To end this update, I kindly ask you to pray for my family so we can follow the advice the LW staff gave us so that the Lord can be part of our lives as He deserves. See you later!
