My Story

Hello, my name is Agusto Otoniel Alejandro Grave Luis. It is pleasure to greet you through this short update. I hope you are doing well as you read this. I am happy to be able to share some information with you. I am fourteen years old now. I am in fifth grade, but this is my second year. I had to repeat fifth grade this year because I did not pass last year. I hope I will do much better this year, because I want to move onto the next grade. I also would love to learn more about embroidery and how to sew. My sisters and my mom do a lot of embroidering, and sometimes I try to help them and do some of my own designs. Thankfully, I am in good health along with my family. My dad’s name is Tomas Grave Simaj. He is a farmer who grows beans and corn. He is the main provider of our family, but my mom and my sister also help to make money. My mom’s name is Bacilia Luis Garcia, and she has chickens that she raises and sells to make money. She also does the chores and housework at home. My mom is so special to me because she is the one who takes care of our family, and she works so hard. She is so loving. My best friend is Sabino Alexander Grave. We have been friends for three years, and we love to play soccer together.

My family goes to Prince of Peace Pentecostal Church. I love going to the services. Our favorite service is the thanksgiving service for the harvest each year. It is a special time. I am so grateful for my family. We are very close, and I thank God for each one of them. I know Jesus is my friend and Savior, and salvation is through Him alone.
