My full name is Sandra Julissa Ajqui Hernandez and I am glad to tell you about my life and family. I am a healthy 16-year-old girl. I am in fifth grade and attend school on the morning shift alongside my younger sister Celia. We will finish the school year soon. On weekends, I like going to the field and looking for grass to feed my piggies. My family and I raise pigs, hens, and sheep to sell. We use the income from the sales to help with the expenses. I am glad because my whole family is in good health. My mom is dedicated to caring for our family and my father works as a farmer in our village. His income is low, so he grows corn to feed our family. I ask you to pray for him so he can move forward and find a stable job.  

We do not attend any church at the moment. A teacher of the LW evangelism team shared the gospel with my mom and me recently. He also encouraged us to seek the Lord. We appreciate the time he dedicated to us. Besides spiritual support, LW-Adopt A Child has blessed me with food. I like all the food the staff serves for lunch at the feeding program. Celebrating Christmas at LW is fun because there are engaging activities. I send you many kisses and hugs, hoping to hear from you soon. May God bless you today and always!
