I am grateful to the Lord for being able to greet you through this letter. I want you to know that my mom helped me to write this for you. My name is Dominic Alex Tunay Ortiz. I am 15 years old. I am in seventh grade. I attend school in the morning. I usually help my mom with her business in the afternoon. I go to the corn mill and make errands. I like going to the field on weekends. My favorite food is shredded beef with red sauce. I am doing well, although I have problems with my sight. Thankfully, my siblings are in good health. As for my mom, let me tell you that she suffers from her gallbladder. She is taking painkillers to mitigate the pain. She must undergo surgery, but she does not want to do it because she is worried about my siblings and me. She is the only one who supports our family economically.
I trust in the Lord and know He is working on our family. I would love to count on your prayers for my whole family, especially for my mom. In advance, thank you so much! We have attended St. Pablo Catholic Church for many years. We accepted Jesus as our Savior there. It is a blessing to listen to the gospel from the LW staff. A member of the AAC team prayed and encouraged us to seek God more. I am glad to be part of this project. During the pandemic, my family and I received grocery bags which was a great blessing when we did not have anything. I have noticed that the staff serves with kindness. It would be great to learn from them how to serve at LW. I received a Christmas gift last year. May God bless you for taking the time to read my letter!
Kind regards,
Dominic Alex Tunay Ortiz
