My Story

Hello! It is a pleasure to greet you in the name of our Lord Jesus hoping you have a successful day. My name is Lenin Abimael Figueroa Chin and I am 16 years old. We continue attending the Holocaust for King Church every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Unfortunately, this year I am repeating 9^th grade at school. I am receiving face-to-face classes every day and I love this study method because I am learning a lot. I hope to pass my grade with God’s help. My mother strives to support my sister and me at school. Nowadays, school fees are expensive, and sometimes it is difficult to cover every expense because she does not have a stable job. My dream is to become a professional designer. I speak Spanish where I live, but I would like to learn Mandarin; I think this is a very interesting language. Winter is my favorite season of the year because I enjoy the cool weather. I like to drink Coca-Cola. What I like for my birthday is to eat a delicious food for lunch with my family. I want to let you know, that we have 1 dog, some ducks, 1 cat and some parrots at home. Among sports, I prefer soccer. I want to ask your prayers for my health because I am suffering from dizziness and headache. Fortunately, I visited the doctor at the hospital and I took the medicine, but I am suffering again from the same symptoms.  I feel good only when I take the medicine and when I am sleeping, but the next day I feel sick again.  The Doctor said that I have a lack of oxygen in my brain, but I believe that God will heal me soon. By the grace of God my family is in good health.

My mother’s name is Dina Raquel Chin Cuin. She is 36 years old. At the moment, she earns a living by cleaning houses for others in order to support us financially.  As you know, my father passed away 14 years ago, but my stepfather Walter Guillermo Will continues supporting the family economically.  He is 47 years old. At the moment, he is working as a messenger. As a humble family, our current needs are a wardrobe, school supplies and beds. We are grateful to Living Water because we have been blessed for instance with the meals, medical and dental, and spiritual support. I want to say thank you for the Christmas gifts that I receive at the end of the year. May God bless you and protect you in everywhere you are!
