My Story

Before anything else, thank you so much for taking the time to read my letter. My name is Nissy Jireh, and I hope this finds you doing well. I attend a Christian Church called Hebron Hills. My family and I attend our services four times per week. It is very good to hear from the Almighty there. The LW staff also shares the gospel with us. One of them encouraged my family and me to continue trusting in God, while he collected this information for you. We are grateful to them for their spiritual support. My father, Henry, sells assorted products in the street, and so does my mother. Her name is Monica and she usually sells hygiene products. We have ornamental plants at home. Fortunately, we are all in good health.

I have many dreams that I want to accomplish. Some of them are to become baker, fashion designer, and chef. Therefore, I am doing my best as a sixth grader. I like receiving face-to-face classes because I understand my lessons easily and spend time with my friends. Paying for my school expenses has not been easy for my parents. Everything is expensive and their sales have decreased. Our priorities are food supplies and a wardrobe. The summer season is my favorite because I like playing with water; I have lots of fun with my two sisters, Jesmider and Shaddai. Actually, my favorite sport is swimming. The Korean language catches my attention, so I hope to learn how to speak it someday. I like hot beverages and my favorites are coffee and tea. I turned twelve years old in February. I love having fried chicken and hanging out with my family to celebrate my birthday. I leave you now, but I send you many kisses and hugs. See you later!

Sincerely yours,

Nissy Jireh Shalom Jolomna Pirir
