My Story

Dear Madrina, this is the day that the Lord gives me to greet you hoping you are enjoying a happy year full of peace and joy from God. This is Rossy Diamante Albizures Chacon and I want to tell you that I admire my grandmother because she always gives me her good advice and she loves me so much. Jesus is my savior and I feel his presence in my heart because he keeps me always. I like to play football with my friends and it has been a nice experience in my life. I have a best friend and his name is Alejo. We met one year ago and we play football. As you know, I have learning problems and unfortunately, I am repeating the 2^nd grade at school for the fifth time. I am a healthy 13 year old teenager. I sell newspapers along with my brother Erickson and sometimes I help my mother with the money that I earn.

Currently, my brother and my mother are sustaining the family financially because my mother is not living with my father anymore. He was having problems with drugs and he was not working. He was not providing for our needs, so my mother took the decision to leave him six months ago. She continues selling newspapers, recycling and carrying different construction materials. Her name is Herlinda Esmeralda Albizures Chacon and she is in good health. My brothers and I are attending a Christian Group and we like to sing for God, sometimes my mother attends. She helped the LW team to collect this information and she is grateful for your support and love. Well, I say goodbye for now and thank you very much for your attention!
