My Story

I greet you from the bottom of my heart, and I hope you have a successful day and many blessings. I want to share some news about my family and me through this letter in this opportunity. I am Jeshua Isaac Elias Marquez and I am 13 years old. Nowadays, we are not attending any church. We are grateful to the LW evangelism team who shared the gospel with us and for their encouraging words. This year, I am in 6th grade at school. I am receiving face-to-face classes. I am learning a lot, but I preferred homeschooling because of the comfort. At the moment, my father is making an effort to support my siblings and me at school in spite of the school fees being so expensive and that he does not have a stable job. My dream is to become a professional football player. My favorite celebration of the year is Christmas because our custom is to light fireworks and to have delicious food for dinner. Coca-Cola is what I like to drink. What I like for my birthday is to have a cake and for my family to sing “Happy Birthday to You”. Among sports, I like to play football. By the grace of God, my family and I are in good health.

My mother`s name is Carmen Adriana Marquez Valdez. She is 35 years old. At the moment, my mother does chores at home. My father`s name is Edy Fernando Elias Marquez. He is 37 years old. He continues earning a living by working as a carpenter in order to support the family. We have dogs as pets at home. We are a humble and needed family, and our current needs are groceries, shoes, and clothes. Thank you to you and to Living Water because we have been blessed with meals, medical and dental care and spiritual support. I want to say thank you for the Christmas gift that I receive every year`s end.  I hope you enjoy reading my letter. Thank you for everything you do for me!
