My Story

My name is Marina Noemi Flores Acual and I am so happy to write this letter to let you know a little bit about my life. I am 15 years old and fortunately, I am in good health. I am in sixth grade and I like hot weather. After school, I usually dedicate myself to helping my mother clean our house or throw out the garbage. I have attended the feeding program for about ten years. My parents are grateful to LW-Adopt A Child for their social work because the medical and dental clinics have been a great help for many children and teenagers like me. I live with my parents and two of my siblings. Fortunately, they are in good health.

My father works as a farmer and my mother has a job at a nearby farm. They strive to provide our family with the essentials. Could you please pray for us? We still do not attend any church. Therefore, brother Emanuel (a member of the LW staff) encouraged us to look for God and attend a church in order to strengthen our faith. I will leave you now, but I want you to know that one of my aunts helped me to compose this letter. Have a blessed day!
