My Story

I send you warm greetings hoping you are doing well. This is Wendy Clarisa, and I want to tell you about my life through this letter. Let’s start with my loved ones. My parents are in good health. My father’s name is Luis, and he is 41 years old. He works as a truck driver to support us. My mother’s name is Clara, and she is 40 years old. She sells her plants in our town to contribute with the home income. We are a humble family, and our needs are groceries. We have one dog as a pet. We are still members of the Catholic Church, and we attend the mass on Sundays. Living Water is very important for me because I am blessed in a big way.

I live in Duenas town. I want to become an administrator in the future, and I would like to learn English language someday. I am 19 years old, and I like having a special lunch on my birthday. My favorite sport is soccer, and I am healthy. I enjoy summer time because I have vacation. I love drinking “horchata” (cold drink made from rice and milk). I am in 12^th grade this year, and I am happy to receive face-to-face classes because I share time with other people. I spend a lot of money on my school supplies, so it has been difficult for my parents to cover my expenses.
