Good morning! It is a great blessing for me to be part of the feeding program from Living Water. My name is Jennifer Selena Tzoy De La Cruz. I am 13 years old. My loved ones and I continue attending Assembly of God Church; we like to participate in the First Fruits presentation. Jesus is my Lord. Unfortunately, I no longer attend school due to a lack of resources, last year I finished primary school. For now, I help with the housework. I get on very well with my grandma; she always is giving me advice. I have a friend named Marisol. We like to chat and attend church together. We have been friends for many years. My mother, siblings and I are fine. 

This time, I have sad news to share with you, and I would like you to include my family in your prayers so we can continue trusting in God and move forward in the middle of the hard times. Unfortunately, my father did not recover from the surgery that he had last year, the tumor returned and it became in cancer. The last year was so hard for my family because my mother was taking care of my father all the time since he could not do anything by himself. My father was using diapers, my mother was feeding and bathing him. Sadly, the doctors said there was nothing to do to help him, and he died on April 8, 2025.  

As a family, we are very affected emotionally because his illness was hard to face, and economically, we have gone through many needs because my father was sick. My mother was taking care of him and could not go out to work. However, we have seen God´s faithfulness toward us through kind people from our church, relatives and others who are blessing us with offerings and groceries. We are sure that our Lord is with us and will provide us with the strength to move forward with our lives. I would like you to know that my mom shared this information with an evangelism teacher to update you about me. We appreciate that the LW staff encouraged us and prayed for us. Thank you for taking time to read my letter. I pray the Lord blesses you in everything you do!
