My Story

Hello! I am so happy to introduce myself in this opportunity. My name is Maria Magdalena Ruiz Morales. I am 14 years old. My family and I are Catholics and we like to participate in the vigils that we have every month. This time a member of LW shared the gospel with me and I am so grateful for it. I trust my salvation in God. My father returned from the United States at the middle of the year and he is now working as a bricklayer. Thankfully, he provides for our family. My mom does the household work and raises hens and cows to sell. Sometimes, she goes to help a lady who sells food in the market.

This year, I no longer attend school because I did not want to go. For now, I am helping my mom with the household work. Silvia and I have been friends since childhood. We like to chat when we get together. I love my parents so much, and they are so special with me. I want to tell you that my family celebrated my birthday and it made me so happy. I know that our Lord has blessed me with a beautiful family and I am so grateful for it. I am so happy to say that we all are in good health.
