Jocotenango Remodel
Your donation helps fund the remodeling of our Jocotenango facilities and the addition of a second floor so we can accommodate even more people in need
More than 300 children are registered for our feeding program, with weekly attendance ranging from 200 to 300. Hot meals are also served periodically as part of the M25 outreach to the poor, with each dinner featuring a special gospel message. Weekly church services draw around 150 people, and ongoing discipleship is provided.
Jocotenango is a growing city located near Antigua, Guatemala. While it has experienced growth in recent years, Jocotenango is also affected by widespread poverty and gang activity, which pose significant challenges to its development. The city’s primary religion is Catholicism, though there is also a strong evangelical Christian presence.
